Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the process design, document, and maintain systematic rule repository along with best practices notes.
• Functional responsibility includes gathering feature requests, grooming & prioritizing backlog/product road map, requirement gathering analysis and implementation.
• Understanding and anticipating the clients needs to manage the development process more effectively.
• Translated business user concepts and ideas into comprehensive business requirements and design documents.
• Hands on experience with managing requirements of overseas clients
• Responsible for leading testing efforts, ensuring that issues are identified, tracked, reported on, and resolved in a timely manner.
• Responsible for providing vision and direction to the product road map, business analysis, Requirement Analysis, Researching and Analyzing Markets.
• Responsible for providing Business Analysis, Requirement Gathering & Analysis, Gap Analysis, Customer Relationship Management & Technical support to the client and team members.
• Customer Focus: Taking ownership of customer requirements, going the extra mile to deliver to expectations. Establish and maintain high level, high value relationships with key customer decision-makers based on trust & respect.

Educational Qualification & Experience:

• Required 3+ years of work experience as a Business Analyst.
• Experience in ERP, CRM, HRIS & SCM products.
• Experience eliciting requirements and testing.
• Demonstrable experience analyzing data to draw business-relevant conclusions.
• Background in data modelling and visualization techniques as well as prototyping tools.
• In-depth knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle.
• Bachelors / Masters Degree required with a preference in Computer Science.

Key Skills:

• Should have worked in projects that involve Data Analysis.
• Should have the ability to analyze, model and interpret data.
• Should have basic knowledge of Mathematics and Statistics.
• Knowledge of Power BI, SharePoint, any other Data Analytics tool etc. is an added advantage.
