Job Role/Brief
They will be reporting to head of Brand/Communications (Cozette) who will provide the industry insight and expertise, story boarding etc.
If a junior graduate, they should have strong technical skills in creating and producing videos. Also some understanding of different social platforms.
They need to have good knowledge of software/new technology as we will expect them to learn our industry and product over time. That’s a key reason for hiring this internally. Understanding the software and how customers use it is needed for every single video and within 3-6 months they need to be able to explain most things in a video without asking Sales/Customer team for example.
Initial 4 key day to day roles

- 2. High end graphic design
- 3. Animation videos
- 4. Some social media work (ideally some ability to take over some of the team leaders work here would be ideal).
Hard Skills
- Tertiary qualifications in Film Making, Videography, Design, Marketing, Communications or similar relevant experience working in concert production and/or content marketing.
- Strong photography, videography and production skills (scripting, organising, editing).
- Extensive understanding or experience using the Adobe Creative Suite – Photoshop, Premiere Pro and/or other software tools such as Final Cut Pro. ((don’t care what platforms they use to create videos just that they are experts at them)
- Graphic design notions or formal training in Graphic Design.
- An understanding of how different communication mediums work best on different social platforms (website, LinkedIN, instragram etc.)
- A love of software, ability and understanding of how to present a digital product via video and images for the end user in a B2B marketing.
- U/X design would be a bonus
