Job Description:
The Performance Marketer will play a key role in the development and execution of our paid media marketing strategy and be responsible for running Paid Traffic campaigns across Google, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram and other platforms deemed necessary for continuous growth.
The person will be responsible to build, analyse, and test all campaigns to ensure efficiency on ads while providing a consistent ROI across all campaigns.
Expected to have a keen understanding of ad copywriting, dynamic audience segmentation, interest-based targeting, an online and offline conversion tracking events, and be well versed in driving customer acquisition through a balanced multi-channel approach.
What you’ll be doing:
- Develop, execute, and optimize digital campaigns from conception to launch on multiple marketing channels like Google, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube etc.
- Manage, optimize & maximize the company’s ROI on multi-channel ads (Search, Display & Video)
- Conduct in-depth keyword and website research, ad grouping and audience targeting.
- Create and deliver meaningful analytics and reporting to monitor and show progress through Google Analytics & other tools.
- Collaborate with marketing teammates to maintain a consistent brand voice and message across all paid programs.
- Manage overall paid ads budget.
- Stay up to date with digital marketing trends and potential new channels and, including updates to social media marketing, attribution etc.
- Monitor the market thoroughly and keep track on competitor movement and market situation.
- Identify optimization opportunities, including continuous testing of ad copy and landing pages, including A/B testing.
- Provide periodical PC reports and present performance improvement plans.
What you will need:
- Master’s degree in marketing, business or similar; Certifications in Digital Marketing Programs is an added advantage.
- 2-4 years of experience in paid search & paid social.
- Proven track record of successfully leading enterprise-level paid search accounts by supporting from planning to execution.
- Hands-on experience in managing the ads budget along with the business objectives & KPIs like CPA, CPM, CAC/LTV, acquisition, remarketing, Cross-Sell, Up-Sell, etc.
- Proven track record of increasing lead acquisition, engagement and retention and meeting/exceeding revenue and profitability goals.
- Expert in Google, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube ads.
- Core understanding of conversions tracking and attribution modelling including pixel/tags creations, conversion setting etc.
- Fair understanding of third-party web tracking tools like Google Analytics, Tag manager, HubSpot etc.
- Detailed understanding of marketing concepts & brand communications.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with multiple tasks and projects at hand
