Senior App Developer(iOS)

Responsibilities

• Design and build applications for the iOS platform
• Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications
• Collaborate with a team to define, design, and ship new features
• Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.
• Discussion and fixes with Cross functional team by arranging meetings.
• 2 months prior notice to Team Manager/Lead about the certificate expiration and plan deliveries.
• 2 months prior notice to Team Manager/Lead about the Apple Account Expiry.
• Pre update on Push certificates before the expiry date.
• Weekly Audit on Apple Accounts to Maintain the certificates/profiles.
• Documentation on all the code versions, Api versions and for the team.
• Responsible for writing test cases within code and execute with proper unit testing.
• Maintain Azure/Source tree history logs for verification purpose.
• Help maintain code quality, organization, and automatization.
• Participate in requirements analysis and analyze system requirements and prioritize tasks
• Write clean, scalable code using Objective C/Swift programming languages
• Develop documentation throughout the software development life cycle (SDLC)
• Serve as an expert on applications and provide technical support
• Deploy fully functional applications & Upgrade existing programs
• Publishing application on App Store and publishing Enterprise app on the website.
• Maintaining the code and Optimization of the application.
• Designing and implementing application updates.
• Unit-test code for robustness, including edge cases, usability, and general reliability.
• Collaborate with internal teams to produce software design and architecture
• Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency.

Requirements

• BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related subject
• Proven working experience in software development
• Working experience in iOS development
• Have published one or more iOS apps in the app store
• A deep familiarity with Objective C, Swift and Cocoa Touch
• Experience working with iOS frameworks such as Core Data, Core Animation, Core Graphics and Core Text
• Experience with third-party libraries and APIs
• Working knowledge of the general mobile landscape, architectures, trends, and emerging technologies
• Solid understanding of the full mobile development life cycle
• Understanding of Agile methodologies
• Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills
