Senior Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the process design, document, and maintain systematic rule repository along with best practices notes.
• Functional responsibility includes gathering feature requests, grooming & prioritizing backlog/product road map, requirement gathering analysis and implementation.
• Understanding and anticipating the client’s needs to manage the development process more effectively.
• Translated business user concepts and ideas into comprehensive business requirements and design documents.
• Hands on experience with managing requirements of overseas clients.
• Responsible for leading testing efforts, ensuring that issues are identified, tracked, reported on, and resolved in a timely manner.
• Responsible for providing vision and direction to the product road map, business analysis, Requirement Analysis, Researching and Analyzing Markets.
• Responsible for providing Business Analysis, Requirement Gathering & Analysis, Gap Analysis, Customer Relationship Management & Technical support to the client and team members.
• Customer Focus: Taking ownership of customer requirements, going the extra mile to deliver to expectations. Establish and maintain high level, high value relationships with key customer decision-makers based on trust & respect.
• Experience in Recruitment, Rostering, Payroll, HR software is mandatory.
• Experience and knowledge in APIs, Software Integration, Partner Management, System Design is required.
