Supervisor’s sign-off can be mandated via your masters settings during system setup or anytime after go-live.
Clients can edit and approve timesheets via the Client Portal. Relevant stakeholders such as shift supervisors will be notified when timesheets are ready for review.
Yes. Entire OnHire gives you a complete audit trail of every timesheet. You can filter by client, shift, date, or status (e.g. pending approval, waiting on member, or dispute).
Agency staff can bypass the client approval as required. Your team can do so by logging into the relevant client’s portal. During the system implementation process, our team will work with you to understand your agency’s workflow.
